This film tries to capture the essence of rain.
It distinguishes five faces: rain as a tomentor, as a seducer, as a killer, a deity and a ghost. ]

Through an exploration of these five characteristics, filmed at visually very different locations around the world (Germany, the Netherlands, Thailand, India and on Sicily), From the devastating floods in July 2021 in Germany to capturing the scent of rain in India and shooting rockets in the sky to angry the weather gods in Thailand the documentary offers a kaleidoscopic view of a natural phenomenon that transcends us, that we so often take for granted, but is increasingly more problematic because it is at the heart of the climate crisis we all currently face.
